About the Role
We are looking for a kind and passionate Service Coordinator to join our team in the Swansea Area. This is a full-time,
permanent role offering 35 hours per week. Our Service Coordinator role undertakes the line management of the team and
operational tasks. Working with the Team Leader to ensure the people we support with mental health needs; some of whom
are recovering from substance use to live independently as possible and help them to lead flourishing lives.
