About the Role

This role is responsible for the successful operational delivery of the elective waiting list and relevant paediatrics

services to a high standard of patient and clinical satisfaction.

The role will also be responsible for supporting the mobilisation and implementation of new services and co-ordination

of operational teams and accountable to the operations manager in the Gastroenterology/Endoscopy/Diabetes/Endocrinology

and renal /Community diabetes Directorate . To manage administrative and support teams within the service / directorate

. Deliver appraisal and mandatory training requirements for all staff within these teams Lead the directorate
