We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our UEC & Integrated Adult Services Division in the position

of Service Manager - Integrated Frailty, Palliative Care, & End of Life Services. This position is offered on a

permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week, with working patterns to be agreed upon appointment.

This post will be primarily based at our North Middlesex University Health Unit providing leadership support to the

administrative and operational functions, but may be required to provide support to our Barnet & Chase Farm & Royal Free
