About the Role

The Trust wishes to appoint an ambitious and motivated individual to support the operational management of the

Emergency, Medicine and Rehabilitation Services Division (EMRS). The EMRS Division employs c.1,400 staff and is

responsible for medical, community and emergency services across acute and community settings.

This post will provide general operational management and business support to a number of medical services, as well as

provide direct operational management of respective teams. The postholder will be fully involved in planning and

achieving the divisions overall objectives and will work as a member of the divisional management team.
