We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead three of our services in the Norwich

area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, making a difference, and ensuring that

people receive the highest quality support.

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing a dedicated team of Support Workers. You will

ensure that the services deliver high-quality, person-centred support in line with Mencap’s values and CQC standards.
