Join our committed Older People’s Mental Health (OPMH) team and play a key role in improving the lives of older adults

in the Bracknell locality.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate leader to provide operational leadership across our Older People’s

Mental Health services.

TheService Managerwill have day-to-day responsibility and accountability for the safe, effective and efficient delivery

of services, including the Memory Clinic, Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults (CMHTOA), and the Home Treatment
