About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead and oversee an adult social care
services based in Bangor, Northern Ireland. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality,
person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge. You will provide
strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant service
delivery with a strong focus on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed practice. Key Responsibilities
