PURPOSE To provide effective operational management, leadership, expertise, advice and support to the CBU to enable the

delivery of CBU performance and business objectives. The role will work alongside matrons in ensuring that performance

and business continues to deliver the highest quality of care to patients and their families to deliver National

Targets. Work with the Associate Director of Operations, Clinical Director and Associate Director of Nursing to ensure

the safe, effective and efficient overall management, to provide capacity and demand information to plan and implement
