Service Manager (XN08)
About the Role
The Service Manager is a key member of the CSU Senior Management Team, and responsible for the delivery of access and
activity targets, financial management, HR, and governance for multiple services within the CSU. The postholder will
also lead on a key arm of the CSU transformation portfolio. The postholder will be operationally responsible for at
least two services, managing the relevant Business Manager teams and be expected to provide senior management and
leadership as well as sound operational, governance, HR and financial knowledge. Working in collaboration with senior
operational, medical and nursing management across the CSU, as well as commissioners, operational teams and external
