Service Support Worker

About the Role

Participate in team-based working using effective communication and activities to support and achieve patterns of

effective working relationships, both within the Fracture Clinic and Orthopaedic Outpatient department and our wider

Trust. Maintain a polite approach at all times to patients relatives and carers Be responsive to change to meet the

needs of the service Assist patients from private vehicles to chairs / trolleys, trolleys to beds etc. Use of manual

handling equipment. Work at a demanding pace throughout the whole shift.
