Services Administrator - Lisburn
About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Administrator for a public sector client in Lisburn. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will work independently to manage various administrative tasks and support professional staff in maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Operate various IT systems including FPL and ELMS.
- Liaise with professional staff to maintain accurate records.
- Schedule deliveries of equipment and continence pads.
- Handle public enquiries courteously and timely.
- Prepare Equipment Collection Dockets and coordinate returns.
- Maintain accurate filing of documentation.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths (Grade C or above).
- Minimum of 1 year's administration experience.
- At least 1 year's experience using Microsoft Office.

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is £12.31 per hour. Compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
Location & Schedule
This role is based in Lisburn, working full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
