JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be responsible for the professional and nurse clinical leadership within the Community Mental
Health Service. Promote and monitor safe and effective nursing practice. Enhance safe, effective and high quality
patient/service user experience. Provide effective nursing leadership. Contribute to the delivery of the organisation’s
corporate and divisional objectives. The post holder will work as part of the community mental health service
