About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be accountable for the provision of Community Adult Learning Disability Team nursing services and
will promote and monitor safe and effective nursing practice, enhance safe, effective and high quality patient/service
user experience, provide effective nursing leadership and management and contribute to the delivery of the
organisation’s corporate and divisional objectives. The post holder will work as part of the community learning
disability multidisciplinary team covering a defined locality and will carry professional and practice management
