About the Role
Job summary
The post holder will be expected to act as an expert practitioner/role model, delivering the Significant 7 Training
Package to support Care Home Staff to develop and maintain clinical practice knowledge and skills. The post holder will
use toolkits to enhance clinical competence of individuals/teams and improving provision of the fundamentals of care.
The post holder will also be expected to support their team, department and organisation to achieve the Trust's Values
in their day-to-day work.
