About the Role
The Research Nurse will support the safe conduct of research in compliance with regulatory frameworks, managing the assessment, planning, and ongoing care of research participants according to study protocols.
Responsibilities
- Manage non-complex clinical trials effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Assess and plan care for research participants.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Document and report on trial progress accurately.
Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Registered Nurse level 1 with current NMC registration.
- Recent oncology/haematology experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Competency in chemotherapy administration or willingness to achieve it.

Compensation
This is a Band 6 development post, starting at Band 5, with progression to Band 6 upon competency completion. Salary details to be discussed during the interview.

Position based at the Bristol Haematology & Oncology Centre, with flexible scheduling options available.
