Unit (ITU) at the Leicester Royal Infirmary.

As a Band 7 leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a fast-paced and

complex environment. You will lead by example, supporting the team clinically while also managing operational

responsibilities, staff development, and service improvement initiatives.
