About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team on Ward 22 Short Stay at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and managerial skills, ensuring high standards of patient care while supporting continuous departmental improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assess nursing team performance.
- Support Ward Managers in departmental improvements.
- Monitor and maintain patient care standards.
- Supervise and manage departmental activities.
- Participate in staff training and development.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Experience in an acute care setting.
