About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Sister on our Children's Elective Care unit in Colchester.

You will be responsible for the management of the Children's Elective Care Unit (CECU), including Children's Outpatient

Department and medical/surgical Day cases. You will provide clinical leadership and direction for the nursing team.

You will need to be a highly motivated individual who is keen to further develop and lead. You must be dynamic and

enthusiastic to lead the clinical team and ensure best practice and high standards of care are maintained at all times.
