About the Role

SISTER / CHARGE NURSE | Band 7 | £47,810 - £54,710 per annum If you are a nurse leader with a background in palliative

or end-of-life care, this role offers the chance to make a lasting difference in supporting our patients and families

when it matters most. Shaping the ongoing development of our inpatient services. The role will include: Acting as the

senior nurse on duty, providing visible leadership and professional support across the In-Patient Unit. Ensuring safe

staffing levels, effective skill-mix, and a positive, compassionate team culture. Delivering and coordinating

high-quality, holistic care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Leading by
