About the Role
Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse
The Sister/Charge Nurse will be based in Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, Acute Frailty Hub.
The post holder is responsible for leading and managing the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care for older
people living with frailty. This role includes coordinating patient assessments, overseeing the implementation of care
plans, and ensuring that nursing practices align with best practice.
