About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Nurse to join the Emergency Department as a Sister/Charge Nurse
As a Charge Nurse/Sister you will be instrumental in ensuring the application of effective clinical practice of all
staff so patients receive the highest possible standard of care. Ensure that care delivered to patients within the
department is monitored and within expected standards of care.
An emphasis on the role is not only managing areas of the department but supporting the Band 7 Team Leaders to support
the management of staff and the wider department.
