About the Role

We are looking to recruit to complement our already excellent experienced team of Band 7 Sisters/Charge Nurses. The Band

7 Nurse Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination and delivery of high quality patient care within the

ED.

We provide all staff with educational development through our departmental education team and promote an active coaching

environment for all staff.

We also provide a Band 7 development package for new staff within the Emergency Department.
