About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will have overall Clinical responsibility for the Fracture Clinic in Craigavon area hospital, providing
clinical leadership and support to a mixed skill Acute Nursing Team. He/she will ensure a high quality service is
provided to patients and their families in line with clinical governance. The post holder will fulfil general management
responsibilities ensuring the coordination of high quality, patient focused care, the assessment, development,
implementation and evaluation of programs and standards of care, effective multi-professional teamwork, effective
