An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 sister/charge nurse opportunity within Frailty, Gate 9B at Southmead
Hospital
Gate 9B is a frailty ward, specialising in care of the elderly. We work together as a multidisciplinary team to provide
holistic person centred care whilst formulating safe and effective discharge plans. Pro-active staff work together with
patients and families to empower individuals through use of activities and therapy- promoting patient choice.
