About the Role
The Sister/ Charge Nurse will be responsible for delivering high quality care to CYP ensuring the smooth running of the
ward. They will be expected to work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate family
centred and effective care for CYP and their families. They are expected to work closely with and also delegate for the
Ward Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in order to maintain high standards in their absence. Your responsibilities will include
managing the training and development of both registered and non-registered nursing staff within the team.
Successful candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated nurse who has excellent interpersonal and communication
