About the Role

A rare opportunity has arisen to join our wonderful, caring team on Ward 1. We are a friendly inpatient/ elective

paediatric ward that consists of 8 inpatient beds and a 6 bedded day case.

You will assist the Senior Sister in ensuring care delivery and management of the ward is implemented within agreed

frameworks in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures, values and behaviours.

You will provide nursing leadership and are accountable for patient, public and staff experience whilst on shift. You

will lead, offer clinical advice and support management of services to ensure the delivery of high quality, effective
