Sister/Charge Nurse - Paediatric Emergency Department

About the Role

Duties will include, but not be limited to: Provide leadership, coordination, and support to team members on each shift

Link with Ward 8 and PAU Coordinators to ensure patient flow is maintained Liaise with the multidisciplinary team

regarding patient care Ensure all relevant referrals are completed, such as safeguarding , health visiting , mental

health Act as an appraiser for team members, developing the future workforce Maintain standards and encourage continuous

improvement
