About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Nurse wishing to develop their leadership

skills as a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse. You will gain experience in caring for patients with a wide variety of Surgical

conditions. Previous surgical experience is essential.

The Surgical Assessment unit is a extremely busy 38 bedded ward with an extremely busy Assessment Area . The Assessment

area can have up to 40 patients per day from different specialities and portals.

You will have proven organisational skills with evidence of taking frequent charge of a ward. You will be able to
