About the Role

Join Ward G6 as a Sister/Charge Nurse, where you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care for elderly patients, particularly those with Parkinson’s Disease, Dementia, and Delirium. Responsibilities

• Act as a role model for Trust values.
• Assist Senior Sister in meeting ward targets.
• Participate in the nurse bleep holder rota.
• Support discharge planning for complex cases.
• Mentor and teach junior staff effectively.

Requirements

• Current NMC registration and evidence of CPD.
• Experience in acute care and ward management.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to lead and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work towards leadership qualifications.
