Site Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

This role actively supports the patients pathway through the hospital, both managerially and clinically. The four

principle responsibilities of this team are: To facilitate the timely and appropriate clinical placement of patients To

provide clinical advanced nursing practice and decision making. To operationally support and manage the hospital site 24

hours a day, 7 days a week. To provide clinical and professional support and leadership to the clinical areas as

appropriate. The focus of the team is to create seamless patient flow throughout the hospital sometimes in collaboration

with outside agencies, identifying and troubleshooting problems early in order to ensure safe and timely patient flow
