Site Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

This role will actively support the patients pathway through thehospital, both managerially and clinically. The three

principleresponsibilities of this team are: To facilitate the timely and appropriate clinical placement ofpatients To

provide clinical advanced nursing practice and decision making To operationally support and manage the hospital site 24

hours aday, 7 days a week. The focus of the team is about crossing boundaries and identifyingsolutions resulting in

support and facilitation of an effective patientspathway
