About the Role

As the Site Ops AI & Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in transforming our operations by integrating automation and AI into daily workflows. You’ll streamline repetitive tasks, enhance accuracy and accelerate decision-making using cutting edge tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and automate repetitive business processes.
• Design Python-based automation scripts and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve productivity.
• Build reusable automation frameworks for teams.
• Monitor and measure automation impact on efficiency.
• Develop automated testing frameworks for validation.
• Enhance testing processes with AI-assisted validation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Python automation and workflows.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Selenium.
• Strong analytical skills using Python, SQL, and BI tools.
• Experience with APIs and web technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

Salary range of £40,000 - £53,000, based on experience.

Location & Schedule

Based at NEXT Head Office in Leicestershire with flexible working options.
