About the Role

This is a pivotal role within the Operations team to provide a confidential and comprehensive patient centred service

regarding patient flow. To support delivery of the Key Performance targets.

The post holder works with all adult inpatient services to support identification and placement of and patients

appropriately and timely, working to agreed protocols and procedures.

The post holder will be expected to work with the minimum of supervision and co-ordinate his/her activities with the

members of the Team in order that an efficient service is provided.
