Skin Cancer Support Nurse

About the Role

1. Ensure that a high personal profile is maintained with staff and patients and contribute personally to the delivery

of direct patient care. 2. Assist in the assessment of the holistic needs assessment of patients and their families and

provide the appropriate level of intervention either as direct or indirect care in collaboration with the

multi-disciplinary team. 3. Assess peoples information needs and provide relevant information as appropriate to meet

those needs. 4. Work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary cancer services team to ensure seamless services are

provided for patients and their families/ carers 5. To attend and be a core member of skin MDT meeting in accordance the
