Responsibilities

• Assist with daily personal care and support services.
• Administer medication and handle petty cash.
• Maintain care plans, risk assessments, and recording systems.
• Liaise with carers and health professionals.
• Respond to service users’ needs effectively.

Requirements

• Experience with individuals with learning disabilities.
• Effective communication skills with service users and families.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing needs.
• SVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent is desirable.
