Social Care: Domiciliary Care Assistant (Home Carer)

About the Role

Social Care: Care To You Healthcare is recruiting Domiciliary Care Assistants (Home Carers) to support clients in their

own homes across East Sussex or West Sussex. You will provide person-centred care including personal care, meal

preparation, prompting/assisting with medication (as trained), mobility support, and light domestic tasks. You will

offer companionship, promote independence, and maintain accurate care records. You must follow care plans, safeguarding

procedures, and infection prevention guidance, and report concerns promptly. Shifts include mornings, evenings and

weekends. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential. Full training and ongoing support provided.
