20 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, + 33% Shift Allowance, Permanent

As a Social Care Support Worker, you will work as part of a team on a rota basis (including weekends).

You will contribute to the care planning process for residents in consultation with other staff.

You will ensure that care practice is non- discriminatory and that residents’ personal beliefs and preferences are

appropriately acknowledged
