Summerford House Reablement service is a 27 bedded resource centre providing short term reablement care to adults over
the age of 55 within the Falkirk area. Taking a “doing with” approach we support people to rebuild, retain or regain
their skills and confidence – maximising independence to support a safe discharge home.
We are offering an exciting part time opportunity to join our experienced, motivated and passionate team. Working in
