About the Role

Are you passionate about promoting health equity for all? Are you curious about the fact that people living in poverty

find it harder to live healthy lives and access NHS services? Do you enjoy working independently on projects, building

relationships and weaving networks?

A small team of “System Convenors” has already been established at Hackney Council, working to build networks and

partnerships in the borough between key organisations who support the social determinants of health. We are now piloting

a Homerton Hospital-based role who will work alongside the existing System Convenor team.
