Responsible for: Social Inclusion Support Worker

Location: CISWO Pontypridd office-based with peripatetic delivery across designated communities (regional coverage tbc)

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible pattern)

Salary: £23,454 (Pro-rata of £29,317)
