About the Role

Join our team as a Social Support Worker in Falkirk, Grangemouth, and Bo'ness, where you'll provide essential care and companionship to the elderly. We welcome both experienced and new carers, offering comprehensive training to ensure you deliver outstanding support.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care needs.
• Support users in attending college, schools, and clubs.
• Encourage active participation in care planning.
• Record and report daily visit information.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Requirements

• Kind, caring, and compassionate individuals.
• Good level of English communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
