About the Role
The Cambridgeshire Learning Disability Partnership (LDP) brings together specialist health and social care services for
people with a learning disability.
We have two exciting Social Worker vacancies in our South Cambs Team, based at Sunley House, Papworth Everard.
The successful candidates will contribute to this unique model of practice as part of an integrated team alongside
Health and Social Care Practitioners such as Adult Support Co-ordinators, Social Workers, Community Nurses, Occupational
Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrist, Speech and Language Therapists and Art / Music Therapists.
