About the Role
The Cambridgeshire Learning Disability Partnership (LDP) bringstogether specialist health and social care services for
people with alearning disability. We have two exciting Social Worker vacancies inourSouth Cambs Team, based at Sunley
House, Papworth Everard. The successful candidates will contribute to thisunique model of practice as part of an
integrated team alongside Health and Social Care Practitioners such as Adult Support Co-ordinators, Social Workers,
Community Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrist, Speech and Language Therapists
and Art / Music Therapists. The LDP are currently working to a hybrid model in line with our service needs. Following an
