An exciting opportunity has arisen for 1 Full time equivalent Social Worker to join the Assessment and Review Team. 

1 FTE Permanent Position

The chosen candidate will be supported by a Team Manager and will work in collaboration with colleagues from other

disciplines within the team, comprising of Occupational Therapists, Care Co-ordinators and Community Care Assistants.
