About the Role

Social Worker - Home First Hospital Team (Temporary, 3 Months)

Location: Primarily Morriston Hospital, covering Singleton, Neath Port Talbot, and Gorseinon

Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday

Pay: £30.50 per hour (PAYE) / £38.43 per hour (Umbrella) - in line with the ADSS All Wales Pledge
