About the Role

Social Worker - Initial Assessment Team (CAP MDT / Rapid Response)

Location: Guildhall, Swansea (Hybrid - office-based with flexible working; visits to be completed in a timely manner)

Contract: Initially until the end of December, with the possibility of extension until March

Pay: £30.50 per hour (PAYE) / £38.43 per hour (Umbrella) - in line with the ADSS All Wales Pledge
