About the Role

The Skye and Lochalsh Integrated Health & Social Care Team has a vacancy for a Social Worker within it’s busy Portree

and Broadford Offices. The Team works closely with other disciplines such as nursing and mental health teams to provide

a multi disciplinary and integrated service in a beautiful but remote and rural setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified social worker to work in a community care context with adults.

We are a small and motivated Team that work hard to support adults with care needs in Skye and Lochalsh. Good Team

working skills are essential as we work closely to support each other in meeting the diverse range of challenges we face
