About the Role
About us
The Vale of Glamorgan Community Mental Health Service for Older People is an integrated team made up of local authority
and health professionals with specialist knowledge of mental disorders. Professionals within our team include, Social
Workers, Approved Mental Health Professionals, Psychologists, and Psychiatric nurses, Occupational Therapists,
Physiotherapists and Psychiatrists. We hold a weekly meeting that affords time to discuss complex cases in a
multidisciplinary arena.
