About the Role
About us
The Vale of Glamorgan Community Older People's Mental Health Service is an integrated team made up of local authority
and health professionals with specialist knowledge of mental disorders. Professionals in our team include Social
Workers, Approved Mental Health Professionals, Psychologists, and Psychiatric nurses, Occupational Therapists,
Physiotherapists and Psychiatrists. We hold a weekly meeting that gives time to discuss complex cases in a
multidisciplinary arena.
