About the Role

We provide holistic support, including one to one key work, Support Planning, Life and Employability Skills Workshops

and opportunities for personal development. We’re seeking to recruit Relief Support Workers to join the team in

providing support to vulnerable people.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of our Service Users? About supporting vulnerable people and

preparing them for increased independence? Do you have experience working in supported housing with young people and/or

extensive experience of supporting vulnerable and/or challenging young people?
