About the Role
Community Group Clinical Service Manager: Responsible for community services this includes demand and capacity
management , ensuring services are delivered within neighbourhood integrated models of community mental health care,
ensuring Clinical Service Leads are leading actions for the appropriate management of caseloads and waits, proactive
intervention including community crisis intervention where required, outcomes-based working and DIALOG+, interfacing
with specialist teams to meet the total needs of patients and ensuring effective working for patients with a Learning
Disability or Autistic people who are within the core community offer. Clear oversight of the dynamic support register
